Simplex Fire Alarm System
- Burglar (or intrusion), fire, and safety alarms are electronic alarms designed to alert the user to a specific danger. Sensors are connected to a control unit via low-voltage wiring or a narrowband RF signal which is used to interact with a response device.
- (Alarm Systems) Visual and audible alarm systems might be advisable for Emergency Plumbed Devices, particularly in remote locations or ones where only one employee might be working. This will insure that assistance can be rendered in an emergency situation as quickly as possible.
- alarm: a device that signals the occurrence of some undesirable event
alarm system
- Composed of or characterized by a single part or structure
- In geometry, a simplex (plural simplexes or simplices) is a generalization of the notion of a triangle or tetrahedron to arbitrary dimension. Specifically, an n-simplex is an n-dimensional polytope which is the convex hull of its n + 1 vertices.
- (of a communications system, computer circuit, etc.) Only allowing transmission of signals in one direction at a time
- having only one part or element; “a simplex word has no affixes and is not part of a compound–like `boy’ compared with `boyish’ or `house’ compared with `houseboat’”
- allowing communication in only one direction at a time, or in telegraphy allowing only one message over a line at a time; “simplex system”
simplex
- Combustion or burning, in which substances combine chemically with oxygen from the air and typically give out bright light, heat, and smoke
